Non-profit organizations based in United States with office in Guatemala, is looking for an administrative and logistics assistant for one of our projects with the US Embassy. The position will give support to visitors in their training trips to Guatemala and from Guatemala to other countries, he/she will coordinate all logistics, hotel, flights, transportation, per diem, etc. Also support coordinate training events in Guatemala and outside.
This is a full time hybrid role, should have initiative, responsible, organizational skills, English proficiency, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, purchasing, detail oriented, customer service, microsoft office packages, logistics management on a day-to-day basis, ability to work independently and as part of the team. Experience in the travel or logistics industry is a plus.
We may offer benefits as parking, medial and life insurance, law benefits. Initially this position will be temporary until July 31st, then it may be extended.
